I have contacted the Corporate Office. DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE EVER EVER EVER. RUDE STAFF. This place does not even deserve a star your Corporate office should know about this location how you guys treat customers and how unacceptable the staff has been trained here. What a joke this place is. Let's start with the staff well should I say young and rude front desk staff. Not willing to listen at all. I order my food online and went to pick it up. The young female at the front desk has no manners at all talking over me and not willing to listen. She even walked off and told me to chill out after telling her my number for a credit that I had from the last time I had order. Could not find my credit in the system so I asked to talk to the manager which was the cook making the food smh. He then came over and said he would take care of the issue he did not he did charge me for my food and I left. He said he could not find credit in the system also. This is and will be the last time I set foot in this store. You need better training and better listening skills. Telling a customer to chill out is very unprofessional and rolling eyes while laughing at a customers is also unpleasant. Should have got it for free after the rude staff cant even handle talking to a customer.
